Cancellation Policy – Submaldives
At Submaldives, we understand that travel plans can change. Below is our standard cancellation policy, applicable to all confirmed bookings unless stated otherwise in your individual reservation terms.
Cancellation by the Guest
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@submaldives.com.

More than 90 days before departure | No charge (100% refund) |
60–89 days before departure | 25% of total booking |
0–59 days before departure | 100% of total booking (no refund) |
No-show | 100% of total booking (no refund) |
Please note:
Any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency conversion costs are non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 working days.
Cancellation by Submaldives
In rare cases, Submaldives reserves the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, mechanical failure, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, guests will be offered the choice of:
A full refund, or
A rescheduled trip at a later date, or
A credit voucher valid for 12 months
We are not liable for costs related to international flights, visas, travel insurance, or other external arrangements.
Travel Insurance
All guests are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel and dive insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, evacuation, and lost baggage.
