Eligibility<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"978\" data-end=\"1009\">To book our services, you must:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1240\"><li data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1080\"><p data-start=\"1012\" data-end=\"1080\">Be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1081\" data-end=\"1159\"><p data-start=\"1083\" data-end=\"1159\">Possess valid travel documents and diving certifications (where applicable).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1160\" data-end=\"1240\"><p data-start=\"1162\" data-end=\"1240\">Accept responsibility for complying with local laws and dive safety protocols.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1242\" data-end=\"1245\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1247\" data-end=\"1279\"><strong data-start=\"1251\" data-end=\"1279\">3. Bookings and Payments<\/strong><\/h3><h4 data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1312\">A. <strong data-start=\"1289\" data-end=\"1312\">Reservation Process<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"1313\" data-end=\"1339\">Bookings are accepted via:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1340\" data-end=\"1397\"><li data-start=\"1340\" data-end=\"1353\"><p data-start=\"1342\" data-end=\"1353\">Our website<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1354\" data-end=\"1370\"><p data-start=\"1356\" data-end=\"1370\">Email or phone<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1371\" data-end=\"1397\"><p data-start=\"1373\" data-end=\"1397\">Authorized travel agents<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1500\">All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit.<\/p><h4 data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1522\">B. <strong data-start=\"1510\" data-end=\"1522\">Payments<\/strong><\/h4><ul data-start=\"1523\" data-end=\"1751\"><li data-start=\"1523\" data-end=\"1593\"><p data-start=\"1525\" data-end=\"1593\">A <strong data-start=\"1527\" data-end=\"1557\">30% non-refundable deposit<\/strong> is required at the time of booking.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"1668\"><p data-start=\"1596\" data-end=\"1668\">The <strong data-start=\"1600\" data-end=\"1621\">remaining balance<\/strong> is due <strong>90 days before the trip start date<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1669\" data-end=\"1751\"><p data-start=\"1671\" data-end=\"1751\">Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or secure online platforms.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 data-start=\"1753\" data-end=\"1778\">C. <strong data-start=\"1761\" data-end=\"1778\">Late Payments<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"1779\" data-end=\"1870\">Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1872\" data-end=\"1875\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1877\" data-end=\"1913\"><strong data-start=\"1881\" data-end=\"1913\">4. Cancellations and Refunds<\/strong><\/h3><h4 data-start=\"1915\" data-end=\"1951\">A. <strong data-start=\"1923\" data-end=\"1951\">Cancellation by Customer<\/strong><\/h4><ul data-start=\"1952\" data-end=\"2132\"><li data-start=\"1952\" data-end=\"2008\"><p data-start=\"1954\" data-end=\"2008\">More than 90 days before departure: Deposit forfeited.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2009\" data-end=\"2066\"><p data-start=\"2011\" data-end=\"2066\">Less than 90 days before departure: 100% of total cost charged.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 data-start=\"2134\" data-end=\"2174\">B. <strong data-start=\"2142\" data-end=\"2174\">Cancellation by Sub Maldives<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"2175\" data-end=\"2337\">We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, mechanical issues, insufficient bookings). Customers will be offered:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2338\" data-end=\"2393\"><li data-start=\"2358\" data-end=\"2393\"><p data-start=\"2360\" data-end=\"2393\">Rebooking on an alternative trip.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2395\" data-end=\"2482\">We are not liable for incidental costs (e.g., flights, visas, insurance) in such cases.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2484\" data-end=\"2487\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2489\" data-end=\"2522\"><strong data-start=\"2493\" data-end=\"2522\">5. Insurance Requirements<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"2524\" data-end=\"2545\">All guests must have:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2546\" data-end=\"2727\"><li data-start=\"2546\" data-end=\"2639\"><p data-start=\"2548\" data-end=\"2639\"><strong data-start=\"2548\" data-end=\"2574\">Valid travel insurance<\/strong> covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2640\" data-end=\"2727\"><p data-start=\"2642\" data-end=\"2727\"><strong data-start=\"2642\" data-end=\"2662\">Diving insurance<\/strong> (for dive packages) covering hyperbaric treatment and accidents.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2729\" data-end=\"2787\">You may be asked to show proof before or during your trip.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2789\" data-end=\"2792\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2794\" data-end=\"2835\"><strong data-start=\"2798\" data-end=\"2835\">6. Diving Requirements and Waiver<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"2837\" data-end=\"2852\">For dive trips:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2853\" data-end=\"3082\"><li data-start=\"2853\" data-end=\"2919\"><p data-start=\"2855\" data-end=\"2919\">You must present a valid diving certification (e.g., PADI, SSI).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2920\" data-end=\"2991\"><p data-start=\"2922\" data-end=\"2991\">You must complete a <strong data-start=\"2942\" data-end=\"2962\">liability waiver<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"2967\" data-end=\"2990\">medical declaration<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2992\" data-end=\"3082\"><p data-start=\"2994\" data-end=\"3082\">We reserve the right to restrict diving based on safety concerns or instructor judgment.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3084\" data-end=\"3169\">Missed dives due to illness, flight schedules, or personal choice are non-refundable.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3171\" data-end=\"3174\" \/><h3 data-start=\"3176\" data-end=\"3209\"><strong data-start=\"3180\" data-end=\"3209\">7. Guest Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"3211\" data-end=\"3224\">You agree to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3225\" data-end=\"3398\"><li data-start=\"3225\" data-end=\"3286\"><p data-start=\"3227\" data-end=\"3286\">Comply with the safety instructions of crew and dive staff.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3287\" data-end=\"3345\"><p data-start=\"3289\" data-end=\"3345\">Respect marine life, the environment, and local customs.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3346\" data-end=\"3398\"><p data-start=\"3348\" data-end=\"3398\">Behave respectfully toward other guests and staff.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3400\" data-end=\"3490\">We reserve the right to refuse service or disembark guests for misconduct, without refund.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3492\" data-end=\"3495\" \/><h3 data-start=\"3497\" data-end=\"3534\"><strong data-start=\"3501\" data-end=\"3534\">8. Travel Documents and Visas<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"3536\" data-end=\"3723\">You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any required documentation. Sub Maldives accepts no liability for entry denial or issues related to immigration requirements.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3725\" data-end=\"3728\" \/><h3 data-start=\"3730\" data-end=\"3778\"><strong data-start=\"3734\" data-end=\"3778\">9. Website Use and Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"3780\" data-end=\"3948\">All content on [<a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.submaldives.com\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">www.submaldives.com<\/a>] including text, images, logos, and booking systems are the intellectual property of Sub Maldives Pvt Ltd or licensed third parties.<\/p><p data-start=\"3950\" data-end=\"3967\">You agree not to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3968\" data-end=\"4154\"><li data-start=\"3968\" data-end=\"4030\"><p data-start=\"3970\" data-end=\"4030\">Copy, modify, or distribute site content without permission.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4031\" data-end=\"4088\"><p data-start=\"4033\" data-end=\"4088\">Use automated tools to scrape data or disrupt services.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4089\" data-end=\"4154\"><p data-start=\"4091\" data-end=\"4154\">Post misleading or offensive content through our contact forms.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"4156\" data-end=\"4159\" \/><h3 data-start=\"4161\" data-end=\"4196\"><strong data-start=\"4165\" data-end=\"4196\">10. Force Majeure<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"4608\" data-end=\"4810\">We are not responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, labor disputes, epidemics, or governmental restrictions.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4812\" data-end=\"4815\" \/><h3 data-start=\"4817\" data-end=\"4857\"><strong data-start=\"4821\" data-end=\"4857\">12.
